Therefore, Empower prints or acquires large quantities of Scripture and delivers it free of charge to national church planting movements for distribution to new believers, honest seekers, Christians who have never been able to acquire a copy for themselves or their families, and also for evangelistic outreaches to the spiritually lost.

In order to keep costs of printing low, Empower searches the world for the lowest price printing options while maintaining high quality in production. Also, to benefit from economies of scale, Empower will customarily print in quantities of between 25,000 to 500,000+ copies per print run. Currently, a full Bible will cost Empower to print, ship and deliver between $2.00 and $3.75 per copy, and a New Testament approximately $.75 to $1.00 per copy.
